Please note any garment that has a Club logo on, is deemed personalised, and we have the right not to take these back.
Please ensure any issues with sizing's that are checked with others to see if you can gauge your size is correct. Or if you still find issues after purchase, that you try and sell this to a club member, as we are receiving for many reasons stock back that cannot be sold again, we have made this decision to advise our policy on returns like this has changed.
A refund or exchange will only be permitted on an item with additional print or embroidery if it is deemed faulty or the exchange is due to our own error, i.e. the item received is a different size to that ordered. Return postage will be refunded in this instance. All orders placed on the webshop are bespoke items once they have been embroidered with a Club badge , initials or a name - therefore they are non returnable .We do not hold stock of embroidered items all the stock is plain and we only embroider the items which are placed from orders which come through the website .If you are unsure of sizing please call the our office where we will be happy to help. We can send out plain samples which you can then try on to help with your ordering. We will charge a carriage fee for this service
• Items must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt with a completed returns form. Exchanges will only be permitted with a completed returns form. Please allow up to 14 days for your exchange, this is subject to stock availability. Where no exchange can be made a credit will be arranged.
• We will only accept returned items that are clean and unused, if goods are deemed used or dirty they will be returned to you and the return postage will be charged.

Faulty / Defective Goods:
If the manufactures recommended cleaning instructions are followed and the product has been used for its intended purpose, generally almost all faults will appear within the first 3 months after purchase. For this reason you may return any faulty item up to 2 months after the date of purchase. This product would then be professionally inspected for any faults of manufacture and a judgement made. If the damage to the product is deemed accidental damage/wear and tear, the product will be returned to the customer. If the inspection reveals any fault of manufacture then the product will be exchanged for new replacement product or fully refunded. If a product is deemed faulty, we will re-emburse you with reasonable costs of your return shipping charge if you include a receipt.
Under extreme circumstances, providing the product does not show excessive wear or neglect, a product may still be defective after 3 months of purchase. You may therefore return the item for an assessment by one of our specialists. These products may take longer to evaluate as often the manufactures approval or intervention is needed. Unfortunately, after this period of time, any products that are sent back to us for an inspection are done so at the customers own risk. We can not guarantee to be able to offer any refund or replacement on products returned to us after this period of time.
We evaluate each returned faulty product professionally and as quickly as possible with an aim to keep every customer satisfied with the highest level of customer service possible.
Please note: all faulty goods must be clean, dry and free from dirt and mud; we will not process any return we deem to be too dirty or wet.Customized and personalized orders Please allow up to 14-21 working days for dispatch on all personalized items. Please Note that due to the customized nature of a these products, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on personalized items. Please ensure that names, initials and squad numbers are correctly spelt at the time of ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.
